An awareness campaign centred on preventing the risk of fire in the workplace
Federated Insurance have a vested interest in ensuring their customers are aware of and prepared for the risks of fire in the workplace.
They requested a short but engaging survey that provided their customers with the necessary resources to minimise the risk of fire.
The challenge
Federated Insurance’s myShield customers can fall within one of 18 industry sectors; each industry having its own set of unique risks. Although some questions were generic, others were industry specific and required targeting to the customer’s type of business.
How we helped
Taking advantage of ClickDimensions’ (CD) allowed us to leverage the software’s built in automation and we developed a two week proof of concept campaign complete with email invitations inviting customers in the Cabinet and Woodworking sector to answer a 5-question survey that would provide them the resources they needed to address the areas they weren’t already. The solution was built with scalability in mind that could later be adapted and rolled out seamlessly across the remaining 17 industry sectors.
The results
Engagement on the campaign was very successful; with emails seeing a healthy 5.4% UCTR and a total of 7% of participants completed the survey. These results highlighted that a third of participants could improve on regular inspection & employee training.
The most popular resources served post-survey were the industry-specific checklist and guide with 47% and 56% of participants downloading them for further reference. These results will guide the type of resources to offer in future campaigns.
